Litmus Paper
Red litmus paper will turn blue when it comes into contact with an alkaline solution. Blue litmus paper will turn red or pink when it comes in contact with an acidic solution. Neutral litmus paper turns red in an acid solution and blue in a base solution. 100 strips, measuring 2" long x 1/4" wide, are packaged in plastic polypropylene vials.
