Laser Pointers
Economical laser pointers are useful for many optical experiments. Lasers operate on a push-button switch, are housed in a rubberized aluminum pen-style case, and include a pocket clip. The lasers are Class 3R, and are each 6” long x 0.5” diameter.
Red laser pointer has a maximum output of 5mW and a wavelength of 650nm (+/- 10nm). Range of beam is 100 meters. Expected operating life is 1000 hours. Operates on two "AAA" batteries (not included).
Green laser pointer has a maximum output of 5mW and a wavelength of 532nm (+/- 10nm). Range of beam is 200 meters. Expected operating life is 1000 hours. Operates on two "AAA" batteries (not included).
Dual laser pointer (Red/Green) has a maximum output of 2 X 5mW and a green wavelength of 532nm (+/- 10nm) and red wavelength of 650nm (+/- 10nm). Range of green beam is 200 meters. Range of red beam is 100 meters. Expected operating life is 1000 hours. Operates on two "AAA" batteries (included).
