Wave Demonstrator Set
This wave demonstration set includes two helical springs and a cotton rope. The long, narrow spring measures 3/4" x 72", and can be extended to 5 meters. The larger spring measures 3" x 4” and can be extended many times its length without distortion. These are suitable for demonstrating both transverse and longitudinal waves. The soft cotton rope is 10 feet long and only suitable for transverse wave demonstrations. Includes activity guide.
The springs are available separately; WDS006 is the Spiral Spring only and FCS003 is the Flat Spring only.
